Elbow being bothersome

Caused some strain in my elbow about a month ago that is only slightly bothersome, but doesn't want to go away. I haven't bothered taking a break from lifting or anything because it doesn't affect my lifting much, but it is getting annoying.

In the middle of bulking so I hate to take some time off, but do you think that's best? Or should I go get it checked out to be safe and maybe the doc will tell me a different way to go about it instead of taking time off?

Probably a stupid question, but I can't make up my mind. Just thought I'd look for some advice from people who have encountered a similar problem. :)
 
Taking time off or avoiding certain exercises like nose busters and dips would help.

One thing that has helped me is neoprene elbow sleeves. They help keep the heat in the elbow which helps circulation.
