Caused some strain in my elbow about a month ago that is only slightly bothersome, but doesn't want to go away. I haven't bothered taking a break from lifting or anything because it doesn't affect my lifting much, but it is getting annoying.
In the middle of bulking so I hate to take some time off, but do you think that's best? Or should I go get it checked out to be safe and maybe the doc will tell me a different way to go about it instead of taking time off?
Probably a stupid question, but I can't make up my mind. Just thought I'd look for some advice from people who have encountered a similar problem.
