Up until lately, I would always alternate exercises between bodyparts each day. For example on Mondays, I'd do a chest exercise (4 sets consisting of 10-8-6-4 reps), and then I'd do a Tricep, then back to a chest exercise, and back to a tricep, and so on with a total of 3 chest and 3 tricep exercises.

Anyways, should I just do all 3 of my chest exercises first, and then all 3 of my tricep exercises after that or should I alternate between the two?

Also, cardio is very boring, but I'm trying to get my BF % down so I normally do 30 min a day (my diet is good right now). Would doing say 15 min before lifting and 15 min after be worse than just doing 30 min after?

It depends upon what kind of workout you are doing. Some require you to do tricepts, then tricepts, then tricepts again, utlizing the fatigue caused by the previous workout. My mind is asleep...I think this is supersetting lol. Personally, I alternate. I would rather get my stregth back to lift more weight.

30 together would be better because it cuts out one cooldown-warmup period, thus your heart will beat more times in the 30 than in the two 15.

Ok, I'll just go back to alternating exercises then.

Good point on the cooldown-warmup, didn't really think about that. I'll just do the 30 after then.

Thanks!
