Effects of Chitosan

Does Chitosan actually do what it's claims are? According to an article it absorbs between 7 and 12 times its weight in fat.

Probably not since it sounds too good to be true.

not only that but it hinders the absorption of good fats and also fat soluble vitamins. This is very bad!!
