I once read an article that studied the effectiveness of all common chest exercises. All I remember is that flat barbell bench and incline dumbbell bench were at the top. Basically, I'm looking for that article. Or something similar. And for all muscle groups.
I do a simple workout involving squats, deads, bench, row, standing shoulder press, dips, chins, and abs. But I know others who do bodybuilding style workouts (some on steroids). Just looking to pass this information on to them. If anyone can find anything, let me know.
BTW, I've been around to know things like squat is more effective than the leg press and things like that. I'm looking for scientific articles or basically articles with proof.
