EFA's before bed?

or is this a bad idea:

tuna & 2tbsp ANPB

cottage cheese & ground flax or almonds

just seems that I'm always tryin to get my EFA's in the last meal of the day.

goals are lean bulk.
 
Why would it be a bad idea? EFAs (especially omega-3s) are severely lacking in most people's diets, and it shouldn't matter at what time of day you consume them.

Before bed I usually eat some cottage cheese, flax meal, 1 TBSP of flax oil and 2 TBSP of ANPB.
 
No it's all good unless it's your post WO meal
 
They're not as likely to store as trans/sat fat...completely different...They'll probably be used in hormone/prostaglandin or cell surface structure production.
