Today I'm "virtually" sitting down with WODIN and will be asking him questions on a wide range of topics.

Lately we've seen a lot of new blood on EF that may not really know who the real WODIN is and his colorful history.

I will be asking questions and he will be replying. Ideally no one else would post on the thread until the interview is complete, however we all know that many of the jackasses on here will not be able to resist.

Depending on how this turns out, I may be conducting future interviews with other notorious EF vets.

Seriously... I was just looking for information on gear and they were in the mix. I read up on what I wanted to know and at the time the group of people on C&C were fun and I decided to register and play around here.

Completely voluntary. Closing threads and being a mod is a pain in the ass because it takes away from the fund of participating in the general flow of conversation that goes on with the site. This site is almost like a slow IM tool.

Yeah there isn't a damn thing really interesting about being a mod.

The information here has always been good. I've only had to make one or two inquiries of people to clarify what I was reading and they've always been very helpful.

I have always been very impressed with Frackal from the get go due to his openess and ability to express himself.

Special_Bill is without a doubt the most intelligent person to ever grace this site.

Lets talk a little more specifically about your fitness goals and history of gear usage.

When you first joined, what were your goals? How have those goals changed in the nearly 5 years you have been here? What type of experience do you have with gear and how old were you when you first started using it?

Yeah a few here and there.

Lets talk politics for a moment. Its no secret that you aren't the biggest fan of the current Prez. What do you see as the biggest issues in this upcoming election, and do you see Kerry as a viable alternative? Have you leaned to the left for your entire life, or has your current political stance evolved over time? Did you ever consider yourself Republican, or a conservative on any issues?

I was a registered republican till after Bush1 then I went independent because I don't care for the hypocracy of the moral majority and neocon types.

I am only positng up the left because

A) no one else seems to want to do it.
B) fair and balanced representation of all views is important
C) it's fun to piss off the true neocons who eat, sleep and breath this stupidty.

I'm 43.

Sex drive is pretty much the same as always. I'd do you if I get drunk. Joke.
Training only gets harder in terms of recovery so you need to focus more on recovery oriented supps and methods.

Strength does go up naturally due to tendon tightening and strengthening.

You can still add muscle well into your mid 40's ....maybe longer. I'll let you know when I get there.

My goal was just to be healthy and get in better shape.

Yeah I did that.

I've done 3 cycles. I'm not a brainiac on the topic.

39 on my first cycle.

Seriously I have to keep in pretty good condition over the next 15 + years.

Not these days. I've got too many responsibilities to venture into anything more interesting than this. I'm not complaining just stating the obvious that it is irresponsible to drop acid and shroons and play daddy. So I get a mild buzz about once a month or so on some herb.

Yudheyhey was the other. It was just boredom. I swear I didn't think anyone would care and I was really laughing over the hoopla.

I just enjoy lifting and workout always have. The physique changes were either for a goal or due to stresses that I thought were beyond my control.

My wife knows 100% and her only thing is that I don't do anything stupid to screw myself up and that I get checkups and don't act like and "asshole".
