Educate me On Flax Oil

OK, so I know it's good for you, omega 3's are all the rage. However, I have read a few articles that state it is somewhat of a "natural fatburner" and this confused me. So if you are able to shoot me a link or cut and paste an article that explains in detail if this is a "natural fatburner" and how it does this, I would give you some of my special Karma. :D Thanks in advance.

Good fats act as anti-oxidants, anti-inflammatory agents, and produce fat burning enzymes. Cholesterol is an essential fat that coats every cell in your body and that is another of the good fats (you read that right). You MUST also ingest another fat source called gamma linolenic acid just to activate your 'good' fat cells to burn away your bad and 'white' fat cells too. Borage oil is a good source of this one. It also lubricates your joints! I love flaxseed oil. Get the actual oil and not the seeds or gel caps.

Great answer. I am now adding flax seed oil into my morning protein shake. I was using the caps but the liquid was actually cheaper. Thanks and K to you.

yeah the oil is much better (and cheaper as you said) I usually take about 3 doses a day with an early morning meal, afternoon and right before i go to bed.

salmon would be better if you needed the protein. Flax at night also slows the rate of absorption of and nighttime protein shake. The same with the morning, but it helps you stay anabolic through the night.
