Editing and burning cd's

I download alot of live DJ sets that are over 60 minutes. A couple years ago my friend showed me ho to edit them so they will fit on a cd, well actually 2 cd's. Now when I go to burn the music it's says its too large to fit on the CD. I dont care if it cuts off in the middle of the damn song, I just want to be able to listen to these songs somewhere other than my computer.

Any help is much appreciated.

Get 700MB cd's and use software that allows overburning; should give you an additional 5-10% on a disk.

Thanks bro, but I do use the 700MB cd's. Basically these are live sets,and some of them are 3 hours long. So I need to know how to edit the file say 1/3rd of the way so I can burn it. I'm gonna go look at some software ina few hours.



Anyone else know how to do this??
