Ectomorph and Cardio?

I have a hard time putting on weight, it takes alot of hard work. But I have rescently quit smoking and in need of some cardiovascular recovory. I would like to jog or even skip rope just to get my lungs back but dont want to hinder my gains in weight. Is this possible.
 
how much do you weight...as mentioned eat tons of protien, 200 to 300 grams a day...spred out throughout the day, from a variety of different sources.

also try 4 cycles of creatine and ALA a year.

ALA can be taken daily, 15 mins before a carb up meal.

also cardio 3 times a week 45 mins youll be good to go,.
