Echinacea

Looking to see anyone's experiences with it. Anyone "feel better" taking it? Do you think it helped get you through the cold and flu season? What brand would you recommend? Dosage for a 200lb male?

I find it really helps me as long as you take it at the onset of a cold. I take about 1 gram every 4 hours for the first couple of days. It never gives the cold a chance to settle in so you never feel the full effects!

Everytime that I feel that there's a cold coming in, I boost myself with echinacea and it works. Never had a cold or a flu in the last two years!!!

Again, Only take it for a few days and upon the onset of feeling like something's coming on..
