I buy them separate, it is cheaper and just as effective. Try this
25mg/Ephedrine
200mg/Caffine
125-325mg/Asprine
Take this stack 1-3 times a day. Good Luck!

I only do the eca stack before a workout. otherwise I get kinda crazy if I dont have something to manipulate.

I was a firm believer in making your own ECA stack simply because the products were too damn exspensive. However, I found that Wal-Mart sells a generic version of Xenadrine called Xenalean... it sells for a whopping 9.99 and works awesome. Same ingredients as the Xenadrine in every way. Start dosaged rather low and work up... The problem with ECA is that your body gets pretty immune to the effects and larger dosages are required like just about all other products.
And oh yea... I found out the hard way, there is also a Libido effect involved with the Ephedrine... Almost a "deca dick" equivelant.

I just ordered enough E and C to equal 100 doses for about $20. Just wondering if the WalMart deal will be cheaper for next time.....(if I survive this first experiment, that is
