ECA stack dosis?

I want to make my own eca stack. How much ephedrine hcl, acetylsalicylacid and caffeine must i use in the right quantaties?

I believe its 20 mg. ephedrine, 100 mg. caffeine, 200 mg. aspirin., something like that.
