ECA stack beginning

hey guys

beginining eca into my training for 1 month (4 weeks)

3 doses by

24 mg ephedrine
200mg caffeine
and 81mg (ONE TIME IN THE MORNING) aspirin

any thoughts?

suggestions to maximize this?
 
I've never been able to do 3x a day with Ephedrine or Yohimbine HCl because a single dose prevents me from sleeping for 8 hours after intake, but lots of people get this to work without too much sleep disruption. Dieting is going to be crucial here, but that goes without saying. To maximize your efforts, do daily cardio for at least an hour. Running is one of the most effective aerobic exercises for cutting into fat stores. Try taking a high fiber supplement like Metamucil (or other store brand) to fill your stomach and digestive system. These usually have little to no calories, but the bulking from the psyllium seed husk makes you feel full and suppresses appetite.
 
i've become desensitized to eph. i try not to take over 25 mg aday. just enough to get a boost. if your just starting, you may want to start with one dose in the morning and one early afternoon. see how your evening goes.
 
alright so cardio everyday? i currently do weights 4 times a week, can i still strength build? im thinking my workoujts should remain the same and i should include cardio which i usually dont do, i cant go onketo during because im doing exams and i could never concentrate with brain fog. could eca cut the fat and not take my valuable muscle? i dont wana lose the important muscle
 
Keto would spare your muscle. Ephedrine will probably cause you to lose a bit. What are your stats bro? Have you tried just cutting your carbs instead of ephedrine? Eph is pretty hard core. Have you tried any of the non stim thermos? Well, non stim compared to ephedrine..... What are your stats??? Oh, and if you start out with 25mg eph/200mg caffeine three times a day you just may die, or at least wish you were dead. Start at one, 2 if you are over 200lbs, and go from there. This shit CAN KILL YOU SO BE SMART and don't fuck it up for the rest of us.
 
Man, I've been eating semi-clean doing 25 mg eph + 200 mg caffeine 3x a day. I drink TONS of water, but, my diet isn’t strict…I try n eat 5 times a day and stay at my maintenance type calorie intake…but my diet isn’t SUPER clean, I def. cheat. I workout normal, down from 196lb to 189lb in 10 days. Strength is the same, or stronger.

No problem sleeping at all, feel great all day. I honestly think from my research and experience that ECA is like a miracle type fat burner with room for being lazy in diet and exercise. Of course, if you wanna maximize your results, keep the diet and exercise to a fanatical practice.

Just make sure you keep the dosage up, eat as clean as you can, drink water NONSTOP, and stay active atleast 6/7 days a week for atleast 45 mins. ECA will do the rest =)

TODAY : first 2 doses not too bad, no keto im doing exams and midterms and the meat head fog would not help, im drinking all day, because i know what will happen if i dont. i plan to use an eliptical at the gym not too hard core for 30 mins dailt, and stay on my workout program strength gaining for

1chest tri
2 back bi
3 shoulders
4 legs (squats)

adn every day eliptical 30 mins

suggestions, and comments DESPERATE for em, i know u guys know ur stuff

Alright guys, update, handling a full dose ok, had trouble one day was dizzy but other then that, standing strong. had a good coupel of days

regular 4 day strength workouts and 7 days a week i go on the eliptical for 30 minutes, not sure how to judge my progress as my goal is to lower bf % not lose weight. haha
 
hi, can i ask what kind of ephedrine do you have? and why do you have to drink so much water as you say? (im newbie to ECA)
