ECA stack before morning cardio?

I'm starting my morning cardio tomorrow and was wondering if the ECA stack really makes a difference as far as burning fat when taken 30-60 minutes before the cardio?

What I've noticed in the past is that when I take the ECA stack, I don't have to work as hard to mantain my target heart rate. I'll usualy set the spead on the treadmill to 3.5-4mph, and the incline to around 8 degrees and that will maintain my heart rate at about 128. Where as if I take the ECA, I only have to set the incline to about 2 degrees to reach 128bpm.

Is it still better to take the ECA even though I'm not working as hard and exerting as much energy as when I don't take it?
 
I take it just before I hit the cardio (without eating) so when I'm finished it is kicking in and will keep my heart rate up.
 
Considerations

A few considerations: When doing a.m. cardio, you must consider that your body has been fasting for the past 6-10 hours depending on when you last ate and how long you slept (assuming you are not eating in the middle of the night like some of the ultra-dedicated bro's on here). If you do cardio in the morning immediately after waking without eating, your cortisol levels are already elevated and will increase during the excercise as your glycogen stores deplete. If your goal is overall weight loss, then you can do this and add the ECA stack in. I've done this before with significant results in about 3 weeks. However, I also noticed a rapid decrease in overall strength and definition, and I'm not particular defined anyway, just so-so. I would recommend gulping down 25 mg of whey or a bananna immediately prior to morning cardio. Your overall BMR will still be elevated throughout the day after a short time practicing this, and you will salvage much more muscle. I might also recommend that you use something like phenyltropic PPA instead, as it is supposed to be less catabolic than the traditional ECA stack while at the same time more thermogenic. Just my .02 cents.
