ECA Half-Life?

Does anyone know what the half life time is for an ECA dose? I've taken 4 Xendarine tab at 8am and 2 Phenyltropic PPA (Nirepherine HCL version) at 10am (approx 100mg of ephedrine?) and I feeling pretty wired.....

You'll pretty much feel like shit also when you come off. If you take ALOT of ephedrine it can feel like coming of crack sometimes... Just make sure you eat the whole time cause if you don't it makes the crash worse.

wow.. really.. i was taking it to avoid eating! I started to find the regular doses not as effective so I'd figured I try to up it and see how more effective it could be.. well im not the least bit hungry but now I can't concentrate and my chest is pounding.. does anyone know how long this will last (4 hours?????)

The references I've seen say ephedrine is somewhere between 3 - 6 hours (half-life).
