That dosage looks right but I would start off with half that dosage and slowly work your way up to the dosages you listed.

What you wrote is the max dosage to take in a day.

Google - he says: Ephedrine 20-30mgs. Caffeine 200mg (equivalent to approx 2.5 cups of coffee) Aspirin 75mg.

But Go with Trevor's idea in case it's too full on. The reason Ephedrine, as is, was banned is those using with underlying medical issues (such as heart problems) caused themselves a lot of harm
