Ec can be run for up to 12 weeks and still burn fat. You just may lose the stimulating effect. Ec doesn't specifically target beta 2 receptors it blasts them all and doesnt down regulate them the same way as clen does. If your already leanish 4 weeks of ec can do wonders. I find my adrenals get taxes too hard after a month of ec and it becomes the opposite of stimulating, I get lethargic.

Now for clen should you do 2 weeks on then 1 week bendryl (Off) then 2 weeks on etc.

If you're going to get clen, pick up some ketotifen and run it with. The ketotifen is better than benadryl for clearing the beta receptors and its pretty cheap anyway. That way you don't have to come off the clen. But I've heard some like to come off it for a bit anyway due to the sides. To each his own.
