ebay question

what do you guys think i should do?

i ordered something on ebay. it was not expensive (i'm not going to say what it was)- i think less than $7 or $8 with shipping. It was coming from canada and took almost 4 weeks to get to me. when it finally did, the thin paper envelope was ripped and empty. The seller obviously didn't package it well and it got caught up in the postal machines. I emailed them and told them that after waiting a month, the envelope was empty, and could they please send me another or refund my money, as i STILL don't have the product i paid for.

they said they never had a problem before and suggested I complain the the post office, but it was out of their hands.

so... other than leaving bad feedback (big deal), IS it out of their hands once they send it out?
The loss of money is no giant deal of course, but more the principal, and the fact that I waited this long for nothing.

I think you should tell them that you are going to leave them bad feedback if they don't resend the item,if they can....sometimes that will motivate them some times it won't. But make sure you leave them neg feedback if they won't help you out

Something like that happened to me sometime ago...

The guy sent me a whole new one... And he was going to refund the money too, If I chose to go that way...

It isn't out of their hands, they should do it for you out of kindness anyway... I would keep emailing them and post the most bad ass feedback to them if they're not willing to help...

:)

I'd leave negative feedback complaining about the poor packaging. By the way, you probably didn't want to eat 4 week old canadian bacon.

why did they wrap your vibrator in paper?

I'd leave neutral feedback that states "package arrived...completely empty"
