eBay Motors

I know girl from high school who just got an SUV off of it. This was the second car she got on it. IMO shipping has to be a bitch. I would stick with sellers with good reps.

craigslist

I sold a bike on ebay

too much room for bs unless you can find local listings

Anyone ever buy through them?
What did you think of it?

i've purchased many parts there and never had a problem. my stepdad bought a car on there as well, and it turned out great. shipping for it WAS a bitch, tho. i would just say, as always, look at the feedback and buyer comments first. plus, you can always search for stuff by distance, so you can test drive, avoid shipping, etc.

I'm looking at buying one off there right now. YOu can purchase a vehicle for substancially less from you guys down south then from the money pigs up here. So the shipping is not an issue when you save thousands on the deal.

This is why I'm considering it. I have one toy I'm going to sell and am looking to buy another. Pricing on the west coast is still stupid. I will sell here but buy elsewhere.

My old boss bought a pickup on eBay and it was good, but he was the only one I've know to have tried it.

I always buy vehicles on CL and sell on eBay. However, I have bought 3 or 4 vehicles on eBay. Never a problem, and one of them was a newbie with a 0 feedback.
