eatting times

I'm up late a lot lately for work and sleeping in. Is eatting late at night just 100% bad or does it depend on when I sleep/wake up?
 
You should eat late, u should eat every 3 hours, and as close to bed as possible so u don't burn muscle while sleeping.

But you have to eat the right things... stay away from carbs at night. Stick with long digesting protein + fat.

1 - If you're up and active through the night, of course you'll want/need to eat more food then usual during those PM/AM hours.

2- If you want to watch your figure, you should avoid carbs the closer you get to bedtime.

3- Scambled eggs rule at night.
