We're just having a spirited debate over the pros and cons of pot to society overall. People who can personally handle pot use sometimes overlook the larger cost of pot to society as a whole.
Type II diabetes and obesity are bigger problems than potheads.People that occasionally eat junk food don't understand the impact it has on society as a whole.
You bet they do and so do adults. I highly suggest you eliminate as many processed sugars from young Devin's diet as possible. Everybody loves sugar, just like caffeine, alcohol, drugs it's all addicting. Juice is a killer in young children's teeth. Just my two cents, one Mom to another.
We all love sweets. We also all crave salt. Everyone to DIFFERENT degrees. Without sodium, we'd die, so our bodies will eat so much of it we can die from it (high blood pressure). Sweets are different, the idea here is, in the wild sweet berries and what not usually mean nutritious, while bitter generally wasn't. Spicy is weird. Spicy was a great defense mechanism for plants, more importantly their seeds, not to get eaten, but spicy vegetables generally are the most nutritious as well. I imagine there were once other non spicy foods that packed the same nutritional value, but were probably consumed into oblivion.
