legal vs illegal, the latter always loses. I wonder how the snack industry will fare next year when trans fats are banned in Calif?

If someone admits that they needed pot to finish school, uses it to motivate and reward themselves in almost every aspect of daily life and admits that it is key to their sanity remaining "intact" ... would they be addicted?

I guarantee you HR wouldn't say all that about snack cakes.

While eating snack cakes I can operate a motor vehicle or other heavy machinery without endangering myself or anyone else. I can do higher math, read a novel, read a newspaper, meaningfully participate in a discussion on any topic, build a dynamic financial model, do my taxes, do your taxes, pick a stock, write a grammatically correct post on this site (which seems to be getting dumber with each passing day), and (most importantly) I can sit at my desk and do my job.

While you are high, you can gorge yourself on pizza and nachos, watch the Cartoon Network and laugh/drool over the "Cow & Chicken" marathon, and if you're really creative come up with inane business ideas.

All things considered, I'd rather take my chances with Little Debbie.

no no no! Despite what the mountains of scientific studies say, I'm sure pot heightens your senses, raises visual acuity, calms nerves and energizes the stoners who are arguing for its use here. Hell it probably makes their airbags deploy faster if they are unjustly hit by another motorist as well.
