Eating Schedule

Ok, I've got a big problem. I work from 12 to 7 every day during the week, except Sat and Sun. I try to eat two to three times before I leave at 12 BUT after that, it's almost impossible to get out of the shop and get something to eat. I live across town and can't get back home to eat those extra few meals. What can I bring with me to munch on or to keep me from hindering my gains by not eating ALL THE TIME. After I get home I eat a home cooked meal, then another before bed but if I don't eat in between that's only like 3 meals a day MAYBE 4. Someone help me out please, thanks to all who respond to this post! Also what peanut butter brands to you guys prefer when bulking and do any of you eat cereal? If so what brands are good enough for a early morning breakfast? PS I don't eat oatmeal So rule that out.......lata bros
 
if you have a microwave at the shop bring some high protien foods in a tupperware container and microwave them when your ready to eat. Or just bring a shit load of shakes.
 
I had the same problem as you bro. I was working 12-8 as a lifeguard and would train at night on a relatively empty stomach. So much for gains with that diet. If you can keep a good flow of macronutrients at least every three hours you will be on target. What helped me was just a bunch of empty poland spring bottles filled with shakes. (I would take 3 16oz bottles 50g protein each with a tablespoon of flax to help abosorption) You could also just get a giant bag of those tyson frozen chicken breats. Cook em before work then eat em cold all day long. They are easy to chew and rather tasty if ya don't mind all the chemicals and sodium. Good luck!
