Ok, I've got a big problem. I work from 12 to 7 every day during the week, except Sat and Sun. I try to eat two to three times before I leave at 12 BUT after that, it's almost impossible to get out of the shop and get something to eat. I live across town and can't get back home to eat those extra few meals. What can I bring with me to munch on or to keep me from hindering my gains by not eating ALL THE TIME. After I get home I eat a home cooked meal, then another before bed but if I don't eat in between that's only like 3 meals a day MAYBE 4. Someone help me out please, thanks to all who respond to this post! Also what peanut butter brands to you guys prefer when bulking and do any of you eat cereal? If so what brands are good enough for a early morning breakfast? PS I don't eat oatmeal So rule that out.......lata bros
