eating problems

I just can't seem to eat all the calories I am supose to. Just do not have a big appetite lately. I am on a test cycle and I want to get as much as I can out of it so does anybody know something I can take to kick my appetite into high gear? there has to be something that will increase your appetite.

yep, sure is. Its called marijuana. I just got through burning a fatty :rasta:
 
Will power broham. Load your fridge up with clean healty foods. Get yourself 10 chicken breasts, cook them all and just grab one, twice a day. Cook a big pot of brown rice so all you have to do is nuke it. Roast a turkey breast. It should last you four days. Open up a can of tuna and take it to the head. Make some mashed yams. Have almonds or nuts on hand. Boil off 2 cartons of eggs. Get bags of Beef Jerky. You have to force yourself to eat.

hell yea i second that. also b-12 does work quite well for me i must say, it is 110 here everyday and i started using cause my appetite sucked, back on track. o yea the tbol i am on is making my appetite crazy i think.
 
Trees are the best for appetite. After i smoke, i can eat almost constantly for hours, even when my stomach is fuckin blown up, i still have the desire to eat.
I can go all day eating only 1 small meal and a shake with my 5:30 workout, but when i smoke at about 8pm, i can eat like a mother fuck all night. I get all my cals after my afternoon lifting session. I take stims and do cardio in the morning and hit the heavy bag in the afternoon so i have no appetite until after i lift.
 
B-12 has helped me a bit in the past also.

Look at the calories that you're taking in now. You want to slowly increase them by about 30% at a time. You can't just go from 2500 calories per day to 5000, you're body will not be ready for that. You'll constantly feel sick, which will lower your appetite even more. You'll end up hating food.
 
Im liking it so far, i know the cals are low, but i dont get hungry so i dont think im going into starvation mode (saiety and starvation signals are all tied up together). Im not loosing muscle or strength, i actually think im puttin on a little muscle (im on drol only now), but im gettin leaner.

This is real true. Gradual increases is the only comfortable way to get up there.

And ChefBone also hit it on the head. Cook up the stuff you'll want ahead of time. You have to make it easy on yourself to eat clean because unfortunately cheating is crazy easy

HA, that used to work for me when I was a teenager, but now adays a fatty just makes me sleepy more than anything. I don't even get hungry on it when i do blaze a trail.
 
The humidity is killing me. I am barely eating. Zero appetite. I have dropped 14lbs in the last two weeks.
I am looking the best I have in years... its just odd looking at the scale and seeing such a low number!

LOL... I thought I was the only one. A lot of bros use otc sleeping agents..i.e. ZMA, Melatonin, Valerian Root, etc. for better sleep. 4-5 hits right before bedtime puts me into a nice deep sleep.
