Eating on the go

I spend a majority of my day on the road. Sometimes I want a hot meal instead of my typical can of albacore or a turkey sandwhich.

So as dumb as this sounds I have to ask. I sometimes stop and get a plain grilled chicken from McDonalds. Is this as lean as cooking a piece of fresh chicken myself? I understand that "chicken is chicken", but do you think that they soak it with lard before they cook it?
 
Just answered my own question. Searched the nutr. fatcs on google and found them. The plain chicken doesn't sound bad to me at all.
 
Don't get any dressing or sauces on it....and I would personally not eat the bun either. Ah dieting....
