Eating on AAS and off.....

How do you guys manage to eat the same cals when you are off from the gym. I cant fathom eating 300-400 carbs and doing nothing but sitting all day......I also can't remember the last time I ate my first meal without doing some type of cardio/stretching activity first...just feel so damn lazy!
 
Do a search. Im sure you'll stumble on you asking this or a related question, several times. Tis isnt a damn diet board!
 
I know what you mean. I've cut out cardio totally during PCT and I'm still stuffing my face I'm not gettin fat but it messes with you mentally.
 
cardio on my off days as well..........drop cals or drop carbs? I was thinking maybe that nixing the pw shake would be enough, no? Cardio moderate in the am? low intensity when bulking or high Slyder?

Dropping carbs will inevitably drop cals as well, unless you replace them with some extra protein or fat. While bulking I prefer to go pretty low carb on my off days (maybe some oats as part of breakfast or something, but other than that basically none), but I bump up fats big time these days.
