Eating for weight!?

say u ussualy go thru ur whole day eating big meals and drinking tons of water and then u go 2 the gym later like 6 pm. and say one day u go at 10am before u have eaten or drank almost nothing. how much lighter could that possibly make u on the scale? just wondering cuz i just tried and i was 3 pounds light
 
Your weight will float around a little during the day. I wouldn't worry about it. First thing in the mourning your body is dehydrated and empty it should be lower.
 
lost water weight , im down about 5 lbs from yesterday... its all water weight. time to eat!
