Eating and Ephedra - HELP!

guys, i need to eat. i can't think of jack to eat. i'm feeling hungry, but NOTHING is appealing. absolutly nothing. and i don't know if i can even eat anyway.

never taken ephedra before til yesterday. no real difference than normal, cept i'm not hungry. PERIOD. yet i am.

liquid calories, good idea. i think 1/2 serving of weight gainer is my best bet right now. i've barely eaten all day. yeah, i wanna lose about 5lbs (well, really wanna take my 36" gut down to 34" or so and pull my abs out a little more), but i gotta force myself to eat still.

wish i wanted solid food. if i did, some eggs or a tuna sandwich would be great. maybe i'll finish off the london broil in the fridge........

oh, definetly true jerkbox. problem was i had barely eaten at all all day long, and that's not good. still need to maintain some sort of food intake.

i ate some london broil. need to find something else to eat shortly. at least what i have eaten today has been protein, no carbs.

and coffee. 2 ephedra and some hot java this morning really woke my ass up. big time. wow. was actually jittery. unsafe i'm sure, but it was kinda fun

ive got the same problem. It goes away in a few days though in my experience. also you may have to wait for a few hours when your hunger overrides the effect of the drugs.

eh, well, i figured since it was getting banned, i might as well find out why. no harm, no foul, right?

yeah, i knew it was mini-speed, but i didn't think it'd kill my appetite this bad.

lowering the dose would probably be a good idea. i figured i might as well give it a shot though, and i wanna drop a few pounds right now anyway then continue on bulking. gonna have to lower the dose so i can continue to eat. gotta drop my carbs too. should be a real quick cut.

got a good price though. bottle i got normally retails for $47.99, got it for $27.99. i just got it Friday....guy told me legally he was still allowed to sell it, although i doubt it, but don't care. he only had 3 or 4 bottles left anyway.

personally I didn't see much weight loss w/ the exact same diet after adding the ECA stack.....but I did get some nice energy boosts, which is always good for classes and stuff....

i'm not gonna try to run the exact same diet. hell, i can't.....don't wanna eat! as long as i adjust to this in another few days i'll be fine. carbs and sugars are my biggest problem, although i havn't had as much of a sweet tooth lately. done nothing but force feed carbs for months to bulk, guess i got used to it. at least with a little "help" i won't want the carbs as much.

i know you can buy all sorts of stuff online, but to be honest with you, i know nothing about buying anything of that nature online and wouldn't know where to trust and where not to. thus it was easier to hit the local store for it.
