Eat more? Eat less? Eat How?

I have been lifting for 7 months probably 5-6 average days a week. I currently bumped it up to 1 hour a day 7 days a week. I go in and out of cardio but my workouts are always vigorous.

I have been seeing muscular gains, FOR SURE, but I haven't been changing much in weight. I might have gained 4 pounds, maybe im loosing fat? I want to loose body fat, but I dont want to loose muscle. Id prefer to gain muscle.

Problem is I have HEARD so many different answers Im fully convinced nobody fully understands the human body.

IS IT POSSIBLE TO LOOSE FAT AND GAIN MUSCLE?
HOW? More Calories? Less Calories? How Should I Eat.

If not, how do I loose fat without loosing muscle? Is this possible?

I'm currently trying a low carb diet, just to see if it works for me.
Im usually well below my calories while on this diet,
I usually get
200-250g Protein
100g of carbs
and 75g of fat.
So I guess this is a high fat/protein low carb diet.

I I believe I understand how the body processes carbs, but what I dont understand is how it processes fat?

Any help is appreciated.

Im 190lbs and 5' 10"

don't weight train 7 days a week. repeat don't weight train 7 days a week.
now that we have that out of the way:

find a weight gain\ weight loss calculator on the internet. plug in your numbers
and it will give you a relatively accurate number to work with.

learn the basics of bodybuilding nutrition. ( familiarize yourself with the glycemic index. )

of course you wanna lose body fat and not muscle. who doesn't?

you say that your workouts are "vigorous"....... that is a relative term and 7
months of training will not yield rigor! i'm sure it feels rigorous.

you say that you get so many fifferent answers that you're convinced that no
one knows the human body. your goal is ambiguous and you can't expect
any thing less than a like answer.

clearly define your goals. set a 3 and 6 month goal. if you know what you want
and you have a viable plan and you are willing to do the work, well you'll
acheive more than you anticipated.

stay away from the muscle magazines and the GNC hype. stick to basic compound movements for the first six months. no isolation or fancy
shit. read bill phillips eat for life and do not weight train more than
5 days a week. do not train a muscle group more than once every
5 days.

is it possible to lose fat and gain weight?

young man, anything is possible if you are willing to learn and
work for it.
