Easy Ways to Get enough Kcals While ON?

What are some good ideas for eating big if you work 6-7 days a week long hours?
Its easy to eat junk, im talking clean calories,
Any good tips besides shakes :p
 
Wanna know a secret that changed my life? Ready? 1% milk. Half gallon/day. Between meals.


Lactose is a sugar, but it's actually low glycemic - 37 on the index I believe.
Good source and balance of carbs, fats, and proteins.

Actually, I found the "best" way is to do what I call "half percent milk," which is a quarter gallon of skim and a quarter gallon of 1%, but that can be a pain in the ass to mix up everyday. Anyway, obviously get all the food you can, eat big and eat clean and eat often, but I'm telling you - Milk.

Anyone tried that Power Butter from NTBM?>

I was thinking of mixing up a 4 litre bottle of milk/WPI/EGGS/ wholegrain oats and virgin coconut oil and blend the shit out of it so its not chunky and sipping on that all day... Prob get over that pretty quick but!

1% milk just means it only has 1% milkfat. It's lowfat milk, one step above skim which is is fat free.

Pancake-wich:

pussy pancake wicher: 1 egg, half pan sized pancake 4 strips of bacon 2 cheese slices

the man-fullpan cake wich

1full pan pancake
cover it in peanut butter (inside)
5 strips of bacon
4 cheese slices
3 eggs
1 pack blueberries

wrap it, devour it. = excess 3000 calories.


better bars: those things are 400 cals a piece... and they come 12 in a pack.

these are if you just want calories, also try almondes those are a good snack... then for dinner...

shnitzel samwich's think of them like ... a double down thats good for your health ill explain later.

that doesnt sound too deliscious?

have you considered of making smoothies they can be like 2000 cals if u load the with bananas, straberries, juice.. etc.. and are good in the morning for a natty boost

Dunno about the blueberrys and bacon though haha
Might have to get me some of those better bars and eat a few of those :)
Ive been looking for the highest calorie bar and I could only find around 320kcal
