I have a very small gyno problem; maybe not enough to bother with right now. But when the time comes, I plan to get the outpatient surgery for it. They say it's a permanent fix, and it's done with novocaine while you're awake (I'm scared sh*tless of general anesthesia). A tiny cut is made under each nipple, and they basically reach in with tweezers and pull out a glob of breast tissue, close it up and put a band-aid on it. Back to work the same day! Sore for a few days, and you have to wear a compression bandage for a week or so.
When I think about all the supplements and medications that people are using to combat gynecomastia, it seems to me that the easy answer is the knife. Probably way less expensive than all the other stuff too, in the long run!
Here's a YT link to a procedure... This dude's in good shape, with not much bf, but has tits that wouldn't be too bad at all on a chick. So if it works for him, it's good for anybody. Most of the gyno surgeries are liposuction, but I don't think that takes out all the breast tissue... just fat. For us here, with not much fat, would do a lot better with this procedure I'd think.
