The cop was "engaged"? Haha. I've said that before when I just wanted a one-niter with no ties in the morning. It kinda would go like this,
Me:"I really want to be with you tonite, but actually I'm engaged and I shouldn't be doing this. If my fiance ever found out..."
Her "Don't worry, I won't say anything"
Me: "But it can't go any farther than tonite, you understand"

Me: "no commitments?"

YOu can completely ignore them the next day and they won't even get the least bit mad!!
