Easy chicken quesedia

-2 burrito wraps
-1 chicken breast
- ~1/2 cup salsa ( mild , med , or hot , can also add more if u want)
- reg or fat free cheese (any kind u want.. i go with cheddar and/ or mozerella.. man i can't spell?)

cook up the chicken breasts before hand ... heat up 10" frying pan to med high and put in one burrito wrap... put cheese on the bottom and then the salsa... cut up the chicken and put all on top. Then add more salsa if you like and more cheese on top. Put the other burrito wrap on top of that... once the bottom wrap gets a little golden and crispy, flip it over... in minute or 2 the other wrap should be a little crispy also. check the inside to make sure the cheese has melted ( it should have). Dont forget about it on the stove it will burn easy...

Im not sure about the nutritional facts... but its damn good... let me kno if any of you try it out

Cool. Also, the George Forman is great for making quesadillas!
Top and bottom at the same time.
Just FYI.....thanks for idea.
 
I love a quesadilla as a snack in a toaster oven. Bake at 400 for a few minutes & voila! Yumminess!
