The pies they used to make to throw in people's faces back in the good ole days were pretty easy though. I think they were just whipped cream. At least thats what Bozo did every morning to Cookies.

Pie's easy.....
flour, salt and lard cut together until like coare cornmeal
6T cold milk - kneed till forms dough
roll out on flour surface put in pan
dump filling in
roll top
pinch edges together and trim excess
sugar top and cut slits with a knife
bake

and I did that off the top of my head...wanna come over for some pie Saint????
