Ingredients
Filtered water, MyoPro (milk protein concentrate, calcium caseinate and whey protein isolate), oleic sunflower oil, natural and artificial flavors, vitamin and mineral blend (magensium phosphate, potassium citrate, sodium ascorbate, Vitamin A palmitate, beta-carotene, dl-alpha-tocopheryl acetate, niacinamide, zinc gluconate, d-calcium pantothenate, pyridoxine hydrochloride, riboflavin, manganese gluconate, thiamin hydrochloride, folic acid, biotin, chromium chloride, potassium iodide, phytonadione, sodium molybdate, sodium selenite and cyanocobalamin), maltodextrin, inulin, cottonseed fiber, sodium hexametaphosphate, carageenan, dextrose, sucralose, Red #2 and Blue #1.

Personally, I don't believe in anything unless it is real food.

With an ingredients list like this, -containing dextrose and sucralose, red and blue, I wouldn't touch it regardless of price.
 
i think pre-contest (i assume your preparing for one) you should discontinue all shakes and stick with real whole foods.

JK, please, please, please DO NOT try to cut whatever imagine bloat you think you gained. 6'2 152 pounds you are severely dangering your physical and metal health by looking at these things. Pretend bodybuilding magazines and the whole supplement industry never existed and start from scratch. Just lookin out for ya.

100% agreed. I read your log in the AAS thread and you need to bulk, and keep bulking until you are in the 200's. I, along with countless other people, have gone through (and still do go through) the same psycholigical battles that you are..just eat and lift and realize that the added muscle will make you look 400000000000x better.

EAS for cutting sucks.
