Hey bros,
I am trying gear free for, hopefully ever, I am 180 lbs at 14% 5'10. Currently doing 4-5 days a week weights and 4-5 days a week 30 mins cardio 400 cals each time.
I haven't stopped making progress but I am thinking I am going to soon. I need to read up on my training and this 52 week schedule seemed like a good idea. Since I have been back in te gym for 8 months though I thought I might not want to start at the very beginning. Can someone let me know if this is a decent program? It has excel sheets so it would be easy to track my progress, which I have never done before.
