Im not buying it. Some one told me that almost no one in the NBA benches over 225. Not that they couldnt but there is no good reason for it. With the exclution of post up guys. But why would a guard want to work out like a powerlifter?
I think this is believable. I saw Andre Agassi do a triple with 355 a couple years ago. If an athlete wants to train himself to accomplish something like this, it's very achievable.
