Ear infections....

I need your opinions bros... I have, still, two ear infections that i can barely notice... I Was on amoxicillin for them, and that didn't hinder my gains at all but in the last thread i posted about this it was said that cipro would be bad and GUESS what they just prescrbed me??? Yeah... Well my ears feel fine, i havnt started this shit yet.... and frankly i dont think i will, but i wanted some other input on what some of the more informed members here might do...

Are you in the middle of a cycle right now? If so, I say though it out until the end.

If not, then it is really up to you. Hold long you have to take the meds for?

All i can really say about this is i had two bad ear infections in the same ear and i didnt get it taken care of right away.. now i cant hear really good out of my right ear... so if it were me i wouldnt hold out on the meds, because not hearing so good really sucks ass. but i am not a doc.. so maybe you should ask the doc..and ask about another antibiotic like a z-pak.. Why would cipro be bad i didnt read your other thread..

cipro (as stated in the last thread) can leasd to tendon tears.... My ears feel fine though, the lady THOUGHT, but wasnt sure, that my ears have what she gave me the meds for.... my hearing is back to normal, and maybe even BETTER than before cause all this shit drained out of my ears... I AM in mid cycle right now, exactly 5 weeks in on sunday, and i have 5 weeks left.... It's my first cycle... I mean my ears DO feel fine, no pain, and the symprtom of what she said i have (like neon green earwax) is pretty much gone now, so that's why i dont know what to do...

I am sure the amoxicilin got rid of the infection it still works after you are done taking it.. and if you feel like normal and all is healthy with you .. You probably dont need to take the cipro if you feel good and dont think the infection is still there, but that is a decision you are going to have to make.. if you wait till after your cycle 5 weeks from now and the infection was still there to begin with then the harm is done and you will have slight damage to your ear probably not noticable, but every ear infection does slightly impair your hearing.....you know how you feel and you know what to do....

I'll go talk to the lady at health services on monday or something.... i dont want to lose hearing permanently or anything.... I do feel perfectly fine and my hearing is back to normal thanks for the replies bro..
