Not sure what that shape is, but the EZ curl bar is the crooked bar as opposed to the straight bar. Has little grooves in it to place your hands, much easier on the wrists IMO.
ok then i know what you're talking about. it's got like a W shape on it. i use that to preach, doesn't hurt the wrists like you say.
then i'm lost as to what this bar that i've used to do triceps is called. it's like a fully rectangular thing with two vertical bars inside where you can press straight up with your triceps.
