Anyone done this?
Seems to be working REALLY well even better than my ENYC stack I have been using until I ran out of my last NYC bottle
Also can anyone quanitfy exactly what kind of effects ALCAR has on glucose disposal? I never went hypo with R-ALA (even using 7 caps for 75g carbs) but adding in ALCAR+R-ALA seems to give me a hypo feeling...
