Dynacin

Today I was prescribed Dynacin from my dermatologist to treat the acne on my chest/shoulders. I was wondering if anyone has tried this (on or off gear) and how it worked for them.

I'm on minocycline for my acne (dynacin). It works great but when I get around week 8 its pretty useless. I started taking it twice a day and i think it works better that way when the acne is out of control.. anyone else have this problem?

yeah minocycline doesn't do that uch for me either. The reason is its only stops p bacteria on your skin. This is only one part of acne. Excess sebum (oil) production is the main cause as well as clogged poors from the sebum and dead skin cells. Try B5 at 2-10 grams a day while your also taking the minocycline and it should help a lot.

The stuff sucks. It makes a slight difference, but if you stop it, the acne returns immediately. It is just a short-term solution... not long-term, like accutane. Even the highest dose was a joke when I took it a long time ago. It's not even meant for acne anyway...

i was thinking of purchasing the retin-a from the research place and use that on my back, since that is the main outbreak area.. i'll try the b5..tnx
