This is my third week on 75mg Tren acetate eod, 100mg Test prop eod, 600mg Primobolan ew. I am 5'8" up to 202lbs. Started cycle at 195lbs.
My goal was to lose bf and weight on this cycle?
Here is what my diet looks like?
breakfast 1 cup Honey bunches of oats w/1 cup dry roasted peanuts
mid morning protein shake
lunch 6" subway chicken breast sandwich w/1 cup dry roasted peanuts
mid afternoon protein shake w/protein bar
dinner 6"subway chicken breast sandwich w/1 cup dry roasted peanuts
Any suggestions?
 
I would also post this in the diet section as well. I have a diet that works well for me but as far as adjusting what you got there I dunno. First is that all your eating? Works better for me when I brake it up into six smaller meals. First take out the honey bunches of oats and put in reg oats like a cup with a meal. I wouldnt depend on subway myself... get some frozen chicken breasts, yams, brown rice, eggs, and steak. Than go to a calorie counter and figure it all out. Once you figure out your metabolic rate, devide all the cals up into 6 part meals... good luck. Sorry I wasnt very specific about a particular diet but you on your own have to make something thats gonna work for you.:)

Every meal in your diet is basically fucked. Your taking a lot of juice but clearly don't know much about dieting and what you should be eating.

Honey bunches of oats? That shit's all sugar, drop it and replace with oatmeal and 4-5 egg whites for breakfast.

Subway....Well it's shit, lets leave it at that. Try bringing some brown rice and chicken breast (cooked at home) with you. Anything but subway, you don't want to look like Jerod do you??

Try eating more often, your cycle will go to waste if your feed your body junk.

Great advice there! Do some research on the diet board lots of great info there also.
Subway??? YUCK!!! Don't fall for that advertised bullshit their chicken is processed crap listen to Naturalonlybybirth and cook your own at home and learn how the cook to grow :Chef:
DIET IS MORE IMPORTANT THAN JUICE!!!!
