The WMS will push the BCAA into your muscles at a faster rate than if you took WMS and whey together. I believe the proper inclusion rate is 80% WMS and 20% other supps bcaa, creatine, etc.


Gotcha, i guess the one guy was still seeing results, obviously, but he could get even better results if he takes the whey a little later. Makes sense, thanks, i thought protein needed to get into the muscles as quickly as possible too
