My last shot was exactly 14 days ago.......
I was on Duratest and EQ at 500mgs/400mgs respectively.
I am just confused on PCT as people cant agree on when to start Clomid.
During cycle i used Nolvadex as far as for water retention, prevention of Bitch titties and it helps balance cholesterol levels somewhat. I used it at 10mgs a day. Now since my last shot i heard that Nolva does somewhat help bring my boys back (they shrunk a lot during cycle) so i upped the dose to 20 mgs a day.
My original question is do i start Clomid exactly 21 days after the last shot, 19 days as some say or should i just jump on it now. And what dosages? ( i get lotsa mixed reactions to this question too)
