Dumbbell press

when doing dumbbell presses i hold the dumbbells so that my palms are facing my feet, lower them to the same distance and barbel press and put them together at the top.......i was wondering if anyone has tried holding them so that your palms face your feet but as your push up, you rotate your hands, so when you put the dumbbells together at the top your palms are now facing your face........i tried this one time and it made my chest swell up alot more and gave me good pump in my chest.......i was forced to do a lower weight though
 
I don't think the actual rotating of the dbells does anything in itself bro. It is the fact that you have to pause & squeeze while doing it, that causes your increased pump.
 
I dont think rotating your hands will develop your pec muscles any more than regular db presses.... your better off doing flyes.
 
currently i do
db press 3x8
inline db press 3x8
decline db press 3x8
incline flys 3x8

I have added alot of strength to my chest, however I must say I am not a fan of decline. when I do decline I feel it more below my neck and the very top of my chest.....not sure why, or is this usual? ive been thinking of cutting decline
 
if you're not feelin the declines, sub them with weighted dips. make sure to lean forward. could also try some cable crosses
