when doing dumbbell presses i hold the dumbbells so that my palms are facing my feet, lower them to the same distance and barbel press and put them together at the top.......i was wondering if anyone has tried holding them so that your palms face your feet but as your push up, you rotate your hands, so when you put the dumbbells together at the top your palms are now facing your face........i tried this one time and it made my chest swell up alot more and gave me good pump in my chest.......i was forced to do a lower weight though
