Dumbbell Nosebreakers

HERE RECENTLY I STARTED DOING DUMBELL NOSEBREAKERS I FEEL LIKE I GET A BETTER BURN AND TEAR IN MY TRICEPS, BUT I DONT SEE USING DUMBELLS AS A MASS BUILDING EXCERCISE.

DOES ANYONE ESLE FEEL THIS WAY

DB NOSEBREAKERS
CABLE EXTENSIONS
MACHINE PRESSDOWNS
 
I do the lying dbell tric exts every week...and love them.

Today I did the following with them...
11's x 10 reps x 8 sets with 10 sec rest between sets.

I used to do them but I found once I started going pretty heavy on them my elbows started to hurt like hell, now I just stick to the ez curl bar.
 
Note my light weight, high rep, low rest...works great:)
