Dumb posting questions

OK I want to know how to quote someone's message with the "originally posted by" in bold? I know how to quote any text, but can't figure out how to do that.

And, how do you post an opinion poll?

I checked the FAQ. Can't find.

look at the bottom of a post. you will see profile, pm, quote, etc...

click on quote.

for poll, you will see a see a 'post a poll' option in the 'options' category i believe.
