dull constant pain in my right nut..

Feel if it has any bumps on it
check and see if you have a bump the size of a pee. if you do this could be testicular cancer and you ned to go and see a urologist immediately. if detected early this cancer is99% curable. if you have cancer they will have to remove your whole testicle. go have it checked immediately. if it is remove you will still be able to function normally.
I'm on 30mg anavar ED. This is the 5th week.
Its not there ALL the time. When I go to sleep and wake up its fine, then gets increasingly worse over the day. its only on the right side.
I've checked for lumps and tissue out of the ordinary.. nothing there.
There is no protrustion indicating a hernia.. and the pain doesn't get more intense when I bear down on it.

Yes and no.
A few months ago, long before var use, I had to go to Urgent care becase I had a similar pain. THis pain was more like a hernia though.. it hurt MORE when I coughed or bore down on it like I was going to use the bathroom. The Dr. did not find a hernia but said one may be developing. Shortly after that day the pain went away never to return.
The other things the Dr mentioned was that you can do two things to the tubes that run from your tests back to your body.. they can get inflamed or infected... very hard to diagnose.. and they can get twisted... but if it twists your balls literally will turn blue and/or red and its VERY apparent that something is wrong.. it doesn't come and go.

Well I know that when I am on any anabolics I get soreness/tenderness in one testicle (left one). I was also getting alot of atrophy. I decided to use hcg throughout this past cycle and the pain was gone after the first few days (hardly ever returning again). I speculated that it was just from the atrophying of the testicles that caused it, but now my cycle has cessated and I am going to see a Urologist (just in case)...It could just be form your testicles reduced function right now ( being that your are taking in exogenous compounds, but then again, maybe something else). I wish I could be more definitive but its hard to say...
Go and see a urologist, get an ultrasound done. Continue to check for any small lumps on the testicle.

believe me, if it is nothing then getting the clean bill of health is worth it. If it is something you need to know now.

Tumor in my right testicle, went in for a check up on Thursday, surgery on Saturday. Waited a month for results to see how much if any cancer had spread into my lymph nodes.
I was lucky, caught it early, no other problems since.
Really opened my eyes...anyway, thats why I say don't fuck around to long.

If they detect a tumor they will remove the testicle. It is the only way to keep the cancer cells intact.
What happens is that your other testicle produces the same amount of test that you would with two. The body governs the amount of test that is produced whether you have one or two testicles. My test level is around 450 and I am 44 years old on top of only having one testicle.
The whole process scared the shit out of me though, I started reading about Lance Armstrong and what he went through.
Listen, don't sit around and worry, it will drive you crazy. I would have it checked out. It'll take you a couple of hours to get some piece of mind.

I found a lump in my right nut when I was around 16 years old and finaly had it checked out by a urologist last year along with my test levels and everything....12years of worrying...He told me that if it was cancer it would have killed me by now...He did no sonograms or anything but he actually said it was quite common and it was a good thing that I came and talked to him about it for piece of mind
