i haven't been yet myself, but a lot of guys i work with stop there on their way back in country.
I hear it's a blast, a little expensive too, but a really good time. Some of the neatest bars, restraunts, hotels, and such in the world. How much do you know about it already bro?
what kind of things are you wanting to find out and i will ask him for ya.

spent sometime there. didnt recall seeing neat bars, hotels, etc. really just pretty normal. most clubs filled with lots of brits. plenty of women at the clubs, dont start happening till about 11:00pm. pharamcys full of goodies. oh, and its very hot and sandy there.

I haven't been, but I've heard it's a good time. I think world's only "five star" hotel is in Dubai. My friend was over there for work for a couple months and had a blast...I want his job!

Dubai is probably one of the best cities in the world. All of the bars and clubs are at the hotels. Mainly because besides the duty free, it is the only place allowed to sell alcohol. A lot of the bars are filled with eastern european, ethopian, chinese, and phillipino prostitutes. It really isnt that expensive there though. Most of the hotels are 5 star and can range from 150 to 500 per night, depending on reg. room or suite. It also has the only 7 star hotel in the world, with rooms starting around 600 per night. Plenty of gold souks (malls). Gold is really cheap there. Mall of the Emirate will probably be the biggest mall you have ever been to and it has a movie theatre and a ski slope in it. As far as goodies, you can by gear there, but the selection is somewhat small. last time i was there i could only find sustanon. I have been there quite a few times, but have not been able to to do everything the city offers. There are tons of tours, sand dune adventures and water sports. I am headed there next week and will see if I can find anything else.

I've never been there but I would like to go. I may have to do some traveling in July and I'm going to see if I can stop over there for a vacation. Anyone else have any things to add about stuff to do there or stuff you can get hooked up with?
